About FAST C.A.T.S. - Children's Assertiveness Training Series
Everyday our kids are in HOT ZONES where inappropriate and sometimes
violent behaviors occur. This course teaches children how to deal with the
various difficult situations that kids have to deal with.
In a fun and lively
environment, the FAST C.A.T.S. (Children's
Assertiveness Training
Series) program addresses the following:
Dealing With Bullies
· Playground altercations
· How to handle name calling and teasing
· Protecting personal "space" and
possessions
· Setting boundaries against inappropriate touch
or attention
· Assessing appropriate defense and how NOT to
start a fight
Stranger Danger
· Getting lost (safety checklist/knowing name,
address, phone number, etc.)
· Home safety skills
· Abduction awareness – basic skills to detect
and avoid abduction
· How to physically break away and escape the
grasp of a would be abductor
Children gain confidence
with the new assertive choices they learn to apply in a wide variety of
situations. FAST C.A.T.S. students are much less likely to react
out of anger or fear, or have to use physical resistance after asserting
proper awareness skills and appropriate de-escalation behavior. This course is invaluable to help kids
deal with bullies that are taking advantage of the zero tolerance rules at
school!

Ninja Birthday Party (Ages 5-12)
You Are Invited:
Come help Ninja celebrate his Birthday! It’ll
be a Birthday Party where it’s everyone’s birthday! Leave your kids in the
hands of our fantastic, experienced coaches where they will not only have a
great time, but learn something too. Use this time to do whatever you wish
while your children engage in tumbling and nun-chuck activities, as well as
other “ninja” skills. Pizza and Birthday Cake
Included.

Includes 3 days of training, Friday Night Workout, Reception and Black Belt Extravaganza Recognition Ceremonies, Saturday Evening Banquet, and workout session with Guest Instructor as well as breakfast and lunch on Saturday and Breakfast on Sunday. Adult $269, Child under 12 $134.50. If paid before February 7, Adult $239, Child $119.50
Friday Evening
Includes Evening Workout, Reception and Black Belt Extravaganza Recognition Ceremonies. Cost if paid before February 7 is $25 for adult and youth 12 and under $18. Spectators also at $25 or $18 respectively. A late fee of $5 applies to Friday Evening if paid after February 7. Included in full symposium registration.

Dojo Banquet and Demonstrations. Cost is $55 for adults and children. Saturday Youth attending only the banquet may take the Fast CATS Youth Anti Bully Training Program on Saturday Afternoon at no additional charge. A late fee of $5 applies to Saturday evening if registering after February 7.
